Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Executive to join our team and handle recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations across our IT, Digital Marketing and Sales teams. 📍 Location: Golpark / Gariahat, Kolkata 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month 💼 Experience: 1–3 Years in IT Recruitment 🎯 Role: HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations 🔹 What will you be hiring for? You’ll work closely with multiple departments and recruit for roles including: 🔹 Frontend & Backend Developers 🔹 Digital Marketing Professionals 🔹 Website Sales – Fronters & Closers 🔹 Accounts Executives 🔹 Project Managers 🔹 Survey Agents / CCE 🔹 Quality Team 🔹 IT & Technical Team 🔹 Sales & Business Development 🧠 But this role is more than recruitment. You’ll also be responsible for: ✔️ End-to-end recruitment & candidate screening ✔️ Interview & selection coordination ✔️ Joining & onboarding ✔️ Attendance & leave management ✔️ Employee records & HR documentation ✔️ Salary/payroll coordination ✔️ Day-to-day employee management ✔️ HR reporting & recruitment tracking ✔️ Employee engagement & coordination 🚀 Who are we looking for?
