US IT Recruiter Job Location: Peerkankaranai, Chennai (Near Tambaram) Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Work Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST Salary: ₹15,000 per month Accommodation Support: ₹8,000 per month Incentive: ₹2,500 per successful candidate placement Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Chennai. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and an interest in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through interview coordination and successful placement. Key Responsibilities • Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. • Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates. • Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls. • Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers. • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment records. • Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, offers, and joining. • Work towards achieving recruitment and placement targets within defined timelines. • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth recruitment operations. • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients. • Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements. Required Skills • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities. • Basic understanding of the IT recruitment process. • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and candidate profiles. • Strong follow-up and coordination skills. • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Willingness to work in the US shift. • Willingness to work from the office. Qualification • Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. • Candidates with recruitment, HR, staffing, or US IT recruitment experience may apply. • Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
