Human Resources Executive Location: Byculla West, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 Years Work Location: In-person Job Summary: We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related information. Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing. Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support. Assist in implementing HR policies and processes. Support employee engagement and performance management activities. Ensure timely completion and maintenance of all HR documentation. Plan and coordinate employee events, team activities, and company functions. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive matters professionally. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably with recruitment experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and manage HR activities efficiently. Professional approach toward employee-related matters. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
