Production In-Charge – Job Description Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets. Handle production workers and allocate work. Monitor quality, productivity, and production output. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR teams. Maintain production reports and records. Ensure safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping. Minimize production wastage and downtime. Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Degree Experience: 0–3 years in Production/Manufacturing.
