## **Job Description** ### **Pre-Sales Associate – ScaleMate Services** **CTC:** ₹1.44–₹2.04 LPA + Incentives **Openings:** 10+ **Experience:** 0–2 Years **Freshers:** Candidates with excellent communication skills can apply **Job Type:** Full-Time ### **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to prospective clients using **company-provided leads**. * Qualify leads and conduct regular follow-ups. * Understand customer requirements and explain ScaleMate's services. * Build positive relationships with prospective clients. * Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and call records. * Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads. * Achieve monthly business-generation and performance goals. ### **Candidate Requirements** * **Prior experience in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development / Pre-Sales is preferred.** * **Candidates without sales experience must have excellent communication and convincing skills.** * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Confidence in **cold calling and customer interaction**. * Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. * Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. * Ability to handle customer queries professionally. * Willingness to work in a **sales-oriented environment**. ### **Who Can Apply?** **Experienced candidates:** Sales, Telecalling, BDE, BDA, Pre-Sales, Customer Acquisition, or related experience. **Freshers:** Candidates with **excellent communication, confidence, and a strong interest in sales** are welcome to apply. ### **Location** **Laxmipriya Twin City Tower, 2nd Floor, Pahal, Bhubaneswar, Odisha – 751032**
